Hello guys I have this device is that missing bluetooth. I want to connect it to this app instead of official app, because the official app requires phone number. When I scan the barcode and searched on Google I found only this link https://www.navixy.com/devices/ulbotech/ulbotech-t361/

You can give it a try connecting via USB. But if it doesn't support ELM protocol you will not be successful. As described the APP is designed to talk to ELM adapters.

If you have a log file output (see https://github.com/fr3ts0n/AndrOBD/wiki/Reporting-improvements---issues#debug-log-files) I can check deeper into the cause of error/crash. However, chances are high that the adapter doesn't talk ELM protocol.
