gtransfer: gsatellite gqsub inclusion

To make data transfers (with gtransfer) via gsatellite easy to use, an additional option (e.g. --gqsub) should be made available, that creates a gtransfer job from the gtransfer command (line) and submits it to either:

• a locally installed and running gsatellite instance (no gsatellite host specified in the config)
• a remotely installed and running gsatellite instance (gsatellite host specified in the config)

Host aliases in source and destination URLs should be expanded before creating the job submission file. This because locally available user (or also system) aliases might not be available at a remote gsatellite host. Expanding the aliases beforehand allows a transfer despite that .
