Improve image uploader #127

Hello,

one of our speakers sent us this email:

your website doesn't seem to remember the profile picture nor the availability.

The conference is MRMCD14 on the http://frab.cccv.de installation. Can you reproduce it? Changing the availability as orga works fine, so I guess it's an UI issue.

I think the "save" button can easily be missed. I also think that if you don't have JavaScript enabled that you may be lured into thinking that you've updated the values but there is no indication that saving doesn't work.

Availability should be more visible now, but the image uploader needs some work.
