Prblem for displaying spatial map layers from PopValues #131

No map with piechart is displayed when the Fish Populations tree is ticked while there are some catches in the db table e.g. for myfish app and pop 10 and 11

This works if pop 0 but not for the others

in myfish baseline: there is a mismatch between what is mapped in pie chart and the actual PopValues db table:

we expect some values plotted for pops 10 and 11 only... not for pop3 as it is in the example!

It seems a bit different on my side. It doesn't display anything if pop#0 is ticked, but it does if "Abundance" is selected instead of Cacthes per Pop.
