Latest judgments listed as 2012. Definitely wrong, don't know why!

Little update:

In order to deal with this, I'm moving things around and reorganising so we can start building a test suite. There'll be an input/ dir and eventually an output/ dir under /test in the repo root, and we'll put example texts in there which prove problematic for various things (like date parsing, in this case).

Also formatter/ has been renamed to judgmental/, as this seems to be the Python convention.

Closing; any regressions introduced can be raised as new issues.
