Possible feature: Add option to load an existing database #31

The use case is that we have a backup of a real database, and we want to load it in a controlled environment (that is, fractal-containers) for debugging purposes.

After discussions with @mfranzon, we agree that this is not necessarily a feature for fractal-containers. For the moment let's stick with doing it locally, when needed.
