Rename `overwrite` argument of illumination-correction task #496

Rename overwrite to (e.g.) overwrite_input, and make sure that when it is True then we raise a NotImplementedError - at least until we make progress on https://github.com/fractal-analytics-platform/fractal-server/issues/802.
