Implement registration for 2D data of the MD #506

Currently, the apply registration to image task is not implemented for the cyx and yx cases that data from the MD would typically have. Goal: Get some MD test data and implement this.

If getting real test data proves cumbersome, try the same approach as for testing Yokogawa data by faking the MD data (may mess with the metadata, to be tested)

Next steps: @fstur is preparing some MD test data for multiplexing and we'll be working on the MD parser for multiplexing. Once we have that one, come back to this issue
