Ensure tasks that add images to a well update well metadata

The well metadata is supposed to contain a list of images for that well, see: https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/latest/index.html#well-md

For tasks that add new images to a well, we should update that metadata.

I don't think we're adding new wells in any task, so there shouldn't be a need to update plate metadata.
