Does dual overwrite parameter in init task & compute task make sense? #699

Review for Convert Cellvoyager to OME-Zarr, Maximum Intensity Projection HCS Plate, maybe other compound tasks

Initial takeaway: If we use overwrite in init, then the compute task anyway gets a new image to fill / an empty well to add images to?
