Improve docs #751

I had a quick review of some docs pages. Notable changes:

  1. The development page was out-of-date in some parts (ref #651), or not clear.
  2. The list of public tasks was not up-to-date (e.g. referring to faim-hcs, and not listing all recent scmultiplex tasks)
  3. The write-your-own-task page was still the obsolete one referring to Fractal V1.

cc @lorenzocerrone, perhaps something here may be useful (e.g. the improved "development" docs page)
