I tried collecting a wheel file from https://github.com/fractal-analytics-platform/fractal-tasks-core/pull/793, and found no unexpected behavior.

After we merge, I'll try again the same on the online sandbox (which I already did, by manually replacing pydantic_v2 with pydantic_v1).
