Updated Docs, made it more clear #23

First. Thanks a lot that you made this script!

Mostly because of #21. I made docs a little bit more clear and added some additional information on how to deploy it. As I'm new to azure I added also some screenshots.

We've just launched a brand new documentation site @ http://meteor-azure.rtfd.io which includes a step by step tutorial with screenshots and detailed explanation.
