Add “ICO” to the menu menu-04

Please put this GIF image as a layer above that specific frame in the comic. The sword in this GIF has a 'blink' that gives users a hint that they should pay attention. You can use the javascript library mathjax to get that formula to display correctly. (background of the formula doesn't have to be white (I just screen cut that from a latex pdf ;-) )

As there is a schedule and it should be made explicit. Probably people will think we messed up or something. Below this text "Please spread the word to kind people who make decisions based on facts. An initial group of people of such caliber would be a uplifting experience indeed. The actual link to the ICO is hidden in plain sight, hence our rather pathetic attempt in trying to filter for these qualities becomes apparent."

there should be a sentence:

"Note: At epoch 13 of the ICO the first of two hurdles is removed, at epoch 26 all hurdles are removed."
