copy-paste from openoffice adds noise #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. copy-paste from openoffice
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
as close to the openoffice formatting as possible
instead I see:
<!--        @page { margin: 2cm }       P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm }     -->     

and bullets are wrong

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.6.1
linux

Pasting a bullet list from LibreOffice adds lots of spaces and 3 newlines 
between each text line.

links with _underscores at the end or beginning in LibreOffice get way 
longer_______ due to added tabs.

I made some updates to copy and paste so that it works from more applications.  
Can someone try it out and let me know if it works better now?

If you still have problems please to the following to help me debug.  Go to 
"Help > Drag and Drop Test".  A dialog box will appear with two text boxes.  
Perform a paste into the lower text box.  Debug information will appear which 
you can send to me.  Thanks.
