unmet dependencies (debian install) #257

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On ubuntu jaunty (i.e. crunchbang 9.04) I get 
The following packages have unmet dependencies.
  keepnote: Depends: cdbs (>= 0.4.49) but it is not going to be installed

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
  cdbs: Depends: fdupes but it is not going to be installed
        Depends: intltool but it is not going to be installed

So - I cant install :-(

I know this is most likely a repositoty thing - but any help will be 
appreciated.
