Sort folders & pages alphabetically

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new folder or page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see folders automatically organized alphabetically instead of by 
order of creation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7

Please provide any additional information below.
I understand this may be an intentional design but perhaps offering a sort 
option would be a good idea.

treeview is manually sorted (you can use drag and drop).  Listview allows 
sorting by title, creation time, etc.

Thanks for the response. I see what you mean -- but would it be possible to 
have an *optional* sort by title in the tree view as well?

Sorting in the treeview is a commonly requested feature.  It is on my todo list
