Error while updating #432

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade from 0.6.7 to 0.7.1
2. Open My specific note directory
3. Allow the upgrade process to happen from 4 to 5.
4. Wait for the upgrade to complete.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error while updating, Unable to open, file to old.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.1 Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
HELPP!!!

Try deleting the file your-notebook/__NOTEBOOK__/index.sqlite and then open the 
notebook again in keepnote.  keepnote will regenerate the index from scratch.

also include the error C:/Documents and Settings/USERNAME/Application 
Data/keepnote/error-log.txt
