By opening twice the same notebook corrupts notebook loading #461

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Twice the same Notebook
2. Close and reopen Keepnote
3. The Notebook is loaded two times (2 tabs) and, if I close one of them, both 
are closed...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should not be possible to open twice the same notebook

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP SP3, Keepnote 0.7.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Are you closing the tab with "Window > Close Tab"?

The option "File > Close Notebook" closes all tabs of a notebook.
