wrong ordered windows cancel/ok buttons #480

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open keepnote preferences
2. see cancel/apply/ok buttons at bottom
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

seeing that its the windows version, the cancel/apply/ok buttons are to be 
expected in the standard windows order: OK/Cancel/Apply.  a simple way to 
verify this is, in control panel\keyboard. note the buttons.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

keepnote 0.7.2 - win7-64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
the button layout of ok then cancel has always been the 'windows' way.
