Travis is disabling my builds #480

What's the problem you want solved?

Builds have been temporarily disabled for public repositories due to a negative credit balance.

Is there a solution you'd like to recommend?

GitHub Actions, I guess. I don't have the time / energy / interest to switch to another CI provider right now.

I'm kinda sad about moving to more Microsoft products, but I think this was the right move. Happy to reassess if anyone would prefer to use (and pay) Travis.
