Matching conditions in panel button event listener are too loose #189

The conditions for the preview button are met for the preview button on overlays, and it shouldn't. It will call Message.post and spit out an error. It shouldn't call it at all.

It will now make sure that the preview and post buttons actually belong to a panel before doing anything.
