Rename Reply autorefresh to Thread autorefresh, Thread autorefresh to Board autorefresh #274

I think this was confusing in earlier versions. I think it makes more sense to say that you are autorefreshing the container, rather than the things inside of it.

I think this is something to do just before release (go through and rename prefs, identifiers, comments). Before that, keep the current naming convention.
