The user interface for the plugin needs a refresh, and more granular support for new options. This includes the config window, rom selection window, and any popup dialogs.

[x] Per emulator / platform config options for multi-disc, smart extract, copy to cache, chd, rvz, etc
[x] Split config across multiple screens
[x] Add config for smart extract rom extensions, metadata extensions
[x] Implement custom MessageBox dialog (for themes, better icon support, custom buttons)

Major config window and config changes have been made. Proper theme support has been postponed for now (see #23), until the contrast calcs for light colours are implemented.
