Display old_name in the results table #44

This issue was brought up in a FF Metadata team meeting. The consensus was that we should be displaying the variable's old_name somewhere in the table of results, so that current data users can easily translate the new names.

I believe we discussed this and decided that to discourage use of old_name, we'd downplay it's importance by not including it in the table, but displaying it's name on the Variable Details page along with any other warning(s) the variable may have.
