Order the Results table to match the drop down filters #69

This would be in the same order, but with a couple of filters (Old name, question text, warning) that are not needed in the table removed. This would leave:

Variable Name, Variable Label, Source, Survey, Wave, Respondent, Focal Person, Topic(s), Sub-Topic(s), Scope, Data Type.
