Catch errors with devices and display them in the UI #57

Maybe make a table of errors that a script can write to and remove from and display this whole list in the UI with a warning symbol that shows up when there is one or more

I'm thinking this is a dialog that opens up in a seperate window and shows errors but the button to open it should be green with no errors, yellow with some, red with serious errors
