Description The following are possible enhancements to our retention feature:

• [X] Enable retention without object storage configuration. i.e. Hard delete
• [ ] Enable archive compression.
• [ ] Enable users to trigger retention manually.
• [ ] Design CSV export.
• [X] Make retention configuration instance-wide.
