ABS development seems to have pretty much stopped and there are a few lingering issues with KitKat. The ActionBarCompat seems to be a better way as of now.

We might drop support for Android 2.x-3.x instead.

I'm actually doing it right now. #minSdkVersion15 ftw. Renaming this issue as well.
