Show a proper message when "Location Services" is not enabled #62

Show a proper message when "Location Services" is not enabled. Or even better, upon opening the widget settings screen, force the user to go through the "Location Services" Android settings activity.

I've scheduled this for v3.0. I guess you should have a PC to work on by then.
