Won't implement any initiative pass/fail prediction/trend for now, as they would likely either be vague and uninteresting, or wildly speculative.

Evaluation of the size/longevity of social media bursts could be possible in short windows.. As in "spike x has gone on for y hours with z support/hour, it's likely to top out at some amount of support". Should look at how well the data fits with some such model.
