There is nothing to connect 0.5.0 from PyPI to a git commit

If that is the issue, we have now a git tag v0.5.3.

Or was it some other issue?

It's updated on github, but not yet on pypi.

Thanks for #5 , and that is true! However, in the case of a license (a legal document), I prefer to be explicit: make sure that it will be forever impossible for a reader to ever have two versions from which to chose.
