Add AcerolaFX shaders to the shader catalogue

Add AcerolaFX shaders to the shader catalog. It's aimed to be used with GShade but it should also be compatible with ReShade.

You can find a description of each shader in here.

Also keep in mind that, apparently, not all the shaders can be used with normal shaders because of HDR calculation.

Are these shaders compatible with other shaders? Unfortunately not. Due to the injected HDR pipeline, any shaders you wish to use with AcerolaFX are required to come before or after the AcerolaFXStart and AcerolaFXEnd shaders.
