migrate to AvalonDock 2? #22

i've tested around a bit and the main reason tooll is shutting down unexpectedly seems to be the AvalonDock.dll

atm tooll seems to use version 1.3.0, but there is a 2.0.2000 out already.

hahaha... I was just thinking that you might help us to migrate to avalon dock v2. Some time ago, i already started with this, but lost interest on the way. I look for latest state. But it was more complicated that you might think because we adjusted the default theme.
