tailwindcss - plugins (Add Examples) #301

Added a detailed demo description of Perseus's plug-in to the example. I explained it in as much detail as possible for beginners. It was done in Windows 64bit. Please approve it after the review.

Thanks for this, but I think it might be better suited to the plugin's repo? As plugins are third-party code, I'd rather keep examples to do with them out of the official repo for now. I'd be happy to accept a PR linking to this plugin more prominently somewhere, say in the styling section of the docs?

Sorry for the late reply by the way, I've been really busy lately, but I am back now!
