Toast docs missing containerEl property #626

containerEl does work on toast, but docs are missing any mention of it.

and containerEl is rather useful when you have that common page structure with a menu down left side, and you are totally annoyed that the page centered toast FEELS off center. Just feels better for it to be centered on the main view...
