Quill has stopped error on restoring notebook file #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Update quill to latest version 10.3
2.Go to settings
3.Click restore backup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a file selector to open a quill notebook that has been 
backed up.  Instead I get an error "Unfortunately, Quill has stopped."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.0.3 on a thinkpad tablet quill version 10.3

Please provide any additional information below.

Workaround is to install 10.1 and import the notebooks then upgrade to latest 
version.

Can you send me the offending .quill file? Or can you tell me which version the 
.quill archive was created with?

I am still finding this in V 10.7.  Is this the only work around?
