No Blockchain Connection #1

Hello , i'm entering the created Contract address in Ganache , and the private key of the wallet im using , but still encountering no blockchain connection what seems to be the issue or what i'm doing wrong ?

i managed to connect to the blockchain "changed my IP address to the same as physical device and ganache , but when trying to vote and getting the candidates , "the candidate has not deposited yet " , so i can't select any candidate , can you please guide me through this and cast a vote
