How to generate vector field files (psix.npy, psiy.npy, psiz.npy)? #1

This is a very nice work for helmoltz-decomposition! But I'm not sure how to generate vector field files (psix.npy, psiy.npy, psiz.npy). Could you provide an example if it is convenient for you?

This piece code was originally conceived to perform Helmholtz decomposition of the cosmological displacement field (not sure if you are familiar with it). This is where the vector field psi{xyz}.npy inherited their naming from.

However, psi{xyz}.npy can be an arbitrary vector field, depending on the problem to be investigated.

I hope this solves the doubt.
