I have to wait #19

I want to install a global rom of mmy xiaomi Mi 10t brand TIM. Why i have to wait the unlock time? Isn't possible to install global rom without unlock bootloader?

Someone thinks that «They [Xiaomi] do it to make more complicated for resellers to buy a Chinese phone, flash and sell it with international firmware».
