I have the same issue, the information for a Redmi 9A (I want to install /e/):

Procedure error occured There was an error during the installation procedure.
Error description:
Failed to get the device unlock tokent
Error family code:info_retrive_failed
Error origin:com.xiaomitool.v2.procedure.install.FastbootInstall$4.run (Unknown Source)

When trying to unlock the bootloader on readme note 11s via xiaomi tool v2, I have the same error.

The account is linked to the device. The Unlock OEM loader option is enabled.
