Change Contact Number to Mobile Number in all forms

Summary:

Implemented changes to Contact Number / Mobile Number (label text + placeholder text) in Create Reservation Screen is not implemented in other forms (Booking, Check-In)

Current Design:

Expected Results:

• Contact Number is replaced with Mobile Number

Actual Results:

• Contact Number is still unchanged
