Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined when opening popup #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
opening popup to see the issue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the list of issues, I've got a popup with first line (JIRA 
assistant, text and empty combo). When inspecting Popup, there is this error 
message : "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined" in 
jquery-1.5.1.min.js:16

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JIRA Extension 1.1
Google Chrome 29.0.1547.66
Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
Was working before update
