Better accuracy filter value. Try to fix pinch delay. #4

I found the pinch ignore area is about diameter 200px. so i try to change jitter_filter.adjust_margin from 100 to 5, let's see what we got.

It won't do anything in the jitter_filter if its not enabled. I can test in the accuracy filter that I enabled though.

I think we can try enable jitter_filter to test. It actually there is a very big pinch start ignore area on mako devices. And can we revert touch driver to E015? that version will be perfectly works on my accuracy filter values. very much better than E027.
