save stuff to movie folders #65

add option in settings to do this for all movies:

save cover to folder (maybe find bigger movie poster on other sites)
generate html with movie info
create link to imdb/other movie sites?
...

Creating HTML would be a nice feature, people might use it to upload their movie
libraries online so their friends can browse. 

Don't forget to put the Movie Browser global score in the html :)

Ok added check box in settings dialog to ask whether or not to save cover art 
and
also added under main frames tools window a button to generate HTML movie 
catalog.
