What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter phone number.
2. Press Call.
3. Calling... but the call never rings.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A call to be made. PBX wont even register call attempt. It worked before
upgrade to 3.9.12. I can make calls with other softphones.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.9.12
IOS 4.3.2
Please provide any additional information below.

Hey !!! I got the same problem, my device running iOS 4.3.2 and i update siphon
to 3.9.12 and i can't make a call :(

I figure out my problem and now i can make calls, go to setting >> media >>
wifi codec and uncheck "G.722.1"
For me it works :) !!!

If you enable all the codec, the message size is bigger to UDP protocol. In tis
case, the protocol switches to TCP, and if you SIP provider doesn't accept TCP
connection, the call can't be established :-(.
You can try to enable 'compact form' option. This option is enabled in phone
advanced settings of Siphon.

I released a 3.9.13 version.

The strange thing is that I was able to make calls with .11, upgraded to .12
and couldnt make calls. I didnt change any codec or setting.
Today I upgraded to .13, it deleted my account so I had to config it again, not
good. Enabled 'compact form' and still no calls. Disabled both G.722 codecs,
still no calls. Now it is working, enabled both G722 protocols and it is still
working. So I dont know what fixed it.
So the protocols are the same, No 'compact'form' and it works.

I don't have a problem with the save button. I don't know why people wrote
about this on my issue as mine was about something else.

It seems to be working. Please make sure when you release an update it
doesn't delete the account settings. It is VERY annoying to have to
configure Siphon everytime there is an upgrade.
