Stop using stylix for theming #309

I found that there were issues with stylix themes. For this reason, I went ahead and removed stylix. I explicitly set the value to nord for each tool that needs and support theming. I also explicitly set the font/font size in wezterm.

Note: I also enabled lua formatting via treefmt.
