[Needs Community Input] Feature Request: Include non-Markdown Files #17

I would love it it non-markdown files could be included. Zootelkeeper and others do this, if you want to steal some code. It would be great to steal the code that Zootelkeeper uses to indicate the filrtype with an emoji too, like 🗒️ - Document.Doc

The problem with this is that the current event listener does not detect new file creations because they don't have a metadata cache (i guess..)

It would require a large change in the codebase, so I may not get to this unless lots of people would really desire it

going to keep open if anyone else would like this feature...
