List unpaired shows the list if people in the pair list

Our list section above the tip box specified that “Pair list will always list all pairs when the command executes”. Hence, even when “list unpaired”, it is expected that all the existing pairs are still listed.

We feel that hiding the pair list does not bring much value to the user when they are listing paired / unpaired persons, which is why we implemented it to show all pairs.
