Support for holiday features support #1

Thanks for open sourcing this library. Wondering will there be more support for holidays ?

Hello chidamnat ! Holidays datas are use case dependant (if you have time series for USA or France, holidays will be completely different). So you will have to add them upstream to the data, before using tsboost.
